I received my advanced certification in Personal Training from the *National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), where I learned structural anatomy, exercise protocols, workout design, and nutritional science. Over the years I've become expert in creating fitness programs to fit the specific needs of clients in any life stage and any range of capabilities, needs, and desired fitness goals. I'm also great at working with clients that have special situations such as complications from physical disabilities, and chronic diseases. I have a great understanding of fitness assessment, exercise physiology, and the specific needs of women v. men of all ages.
*My personal Training Degree and Certification qualify me for licensing under proposed NJ State Senate Bill # 2164. Do not settle for under-qualified trainers who got their certifications from the internet or from one day seminars!

In order to create the ultimate experience and results for my clients I'm completing my certification training in Yoga and now offer private and small group Yoga classes.
