To care for the awesome mantel that we call our body, we need to stimulate and utilize it to its maximum potential, whatever that may be. Desire, effort, and consistency are the keys to attainment of our individual capacity.

2. Healthy Eating Habits

The finest fuels are those that come in their most natural state. Feed your body high value, low volume foods for optimum performance and efficient operation of all metabolic functions. Listen to your body, learn the signals, less can be more, but give your systems all they need.

3. Emotional Balance

Our internal energies drive our actions which in turn help to create the reality in which we live. Exercise is a great stress reliever.  In order to keep moving forward, we need to let our emotions flow and modulate their current.  Deal with issues, let go of the past, transform the negative, and believe in yourself.

4. Interpersonal Connections

Life should be more than a succession of achieved goals, it's about how we live. Cultivate your relationships with family, friends, and the greater community. Our lives are enriched, and our legacy ensured by the connections and good works we undertake with those around us. Support, involvement, caring for others, and good friends will keep us in good health.

5. Cognitive Stimulation

Your mind is a precious organ. Regular exercise is proven to help maintain your mental/cognitive faculties as you age. Lifelong learning stimulates your interest, keeps you vital, and brings good fortune, insight, and illumination.

6. Spiritual Practice

Go to the well and drink deeply. Delve within through your inner door to the Unity. Peace is reflected when peace is projected. Healthy living is acquired through the cultivation of wholesome vibrations. The Source is within us all.   Namaste
