An important part of the process is results tracking. To maximize your progress, we’ll monitor your progress and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without periodic assessments. We’ll continually modify your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
I’ll design an in home personal training program that will increase your total strength and build muscle mass, develop functional and core strength, increase flexibility, and improve your muscular endurance. My in home personal training workouts never get repetitive or boring. Your personalized in home personal training program combines resistance training, and cardiovascular conditioning utilizing a variety of exercise techniques and equipment to stimulate your body's systems in a variety of modes for optimal results.
All equipment is provided. You don't need a home gym.
We can workout in your home, in your office, even outside as the weather allows!

I’ll teach you exercise techniques to maximize your functional fitness. You’ll learn great exercise programs and proper exercise techniques that can be incorporated into your workout regimen for years to come.
Initial Consultation and fitness assessment:
Dan Cantor will conduct an in-depth survey of your current lifestyle, eating habits, workout aptitude, and medical history in order to determine your readiness and ability to commence a strenuous personal training workout program (always check with your Physician before beginning any new exercise program). Your individual fitness program will be designed to match your physical capabilities, stated fitness goals, and personal preferences.
On completion of the above lifestyle and goals analysis, a fitness assessment may be conducted to measure your current fitness level, to aid in revising your short and long term goals, and to establish a starting point in order to track your progress. We will test and track a variety of health related components including upper and lower body strength, core strength and endurance, body composition, and joint flexibility. Continued assessments are recommended throughout the progression of your exercise routine through to your intended goal.
Different fitness goals require different nutritional approaches. Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating that will keep you healthy and on track. My nutrition plans provide for a well balanced diet that include all the essential vitamins and minerals required for your optimum health. I will help you to understand how you can alter your eating habits in order to maintain your desired weight and help you get through hurdles along the way.
Fascia is a web of connective tissue that runs throughout our bodies. When this tissues becomes stiff and immobile you can develop unhealthy movement patterns that cause physical problems with movement, energy blockages, and can prevent blood from providing nutrients to your muscles and connective tissue. MFR stretch therapy removes these blockages and restores mobility, flexibility, and healthy energy flow to your body. Trigger point therapy targets and releases specific muscle fibers that have become “stuck” causing pain and restricted movement and function through the affected parts of your body.
